Yes, you can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service at [email protected] But once the order is shipped, no modification can be made to your order. If you change your shipping address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.

2. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Please make sure to have your order number and email address.
3. Email will be sent within 30 minutes since your order is placed or your order is shipped. You can simply check your order status by clicking on your tracking links on the emails to view the up to date order status. If you cannot receive an email from us, please check your spam filter.

All returns must be made within 30 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately.

b. Name(s) of the Item(s) you want to return.

Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will give a response to your request within 24 hours.
Depending on the cause of the return, they will provide you with Better Options or with a RAN (return authorization number).
Step 3: Upon receiving the RAN email, print it and attach/put it inside the package with the item(s) you want to return. Ship the package back to our Warehouse (address in the RAN email).
Step 4: After shipping the package, request the “Tracking Number” of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative, through email, that you’ve shipped the package and provide them with the “Tracking Number”.
Step 5: Once our Warehouse receives the package, we will process a refund for the items within 2 business days.
If the refund is claimed for any item of your order, and at the same time your order doesn’t include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the item. But if the order includes promotions or discounts, the item will be refunded proportionally instead of full price. For example, if the original price of an item of your order is $10, and the grand total of your order is $18 after a $2 off discount, so you will receive $9 refund after canceling this item.
Our wholesale discount policy is as below. we have tier price for each style when each style qty reach 5pcs, 10pcs , 20pcs or 50pc. so the more you orders, the lower price you will have. The biggest discount for each style is up to 12%. We also have discount if your order total amount reach 1000usd, 3000usd or 5000usd. For the final order, when the order amount (not including shipping) exceeds 1000(USD), you can get 2% off; 3000(USD)+, get 5% off; 5000(USD)+, get 8% off.

Yes, we can do customize labeling. We can help make labels and hangtags for you with your own logo. Please send us your own Logo design in original file to us after you order the label or hangtag. Reg the detailed policy and the purchasing link, pls kindly check below. OPTION 1 Normally, if our clients place the order in 100pcs per style ( any color and sizes), we can stitch your own brand label on the clothing during production for free. The brand label /care label/ hangtags can all be made as your instruction. OPTION 2 If you can not reach the quantity as option 1 mentioned, but if your total order amount (containing any style) exceeds 1000usd(exclude the shipping cost), then we can help to stitch your own label on the clothing you purchased by 0.25usd/piece. Because our production is previously finished in stock and our stitching people need to take extra time to take out the clothing, stitch the labels and make repacking which costs lots of time.
